For me, it started with pixels.
I’m Subash Marasini, a graphic designer by passion, a web developer by profession, and today, the CEO & Founder of Tech Paaila Pvt. Ltd. But this title didn’t come overnight. It came from years of learning, creating, failing, improving, and leading one project at a time.
The Beginning: Falling in Love with Design
My journey began with graphic design. What started as curiosity soon turned into passion. I was fascinated by how colors, typography, and layouts could communicate powerful messages. Every logo I designed and every visual I created taught me something new-not just about design, but about problem-solving and creativity.
Design trained my eye, but more importantly, it trained my mind.
From Designer to Problem Solver
As I worked with more clients, I realized something important:
Design is not just about looking good, it’s about solving real business problems.
This mindset pushed me beyond design. I started learning web development, digital marketing, and social media management. I wanted to understand how brands grow online, how users behave, and how technology supports creativity.
The Shift Toward Leadership
Leadership didn’t come from a position, it came from responsibility.
Managing projects, handling clients, mentoring juniors, and making decisions helped me grow beyond my comfort zone. I learned that leadership means:
- Taking ownership
- Making tough decisions
- Supporting a team
- And constantly learning
These experiences eventually led me to build my own company- Tech Paaila Pvt. Ltd.
Becoming a CEO, Staying a Creator
Even as a CEO, I never left my roots. I still believe a strong leader must understand the work from the ground up. My background as a graphic designer helps me connect with creatives, developers, and marketers on my team.
